Weekend Warrior Workout
The Weekend Warrior Workout is exactly what it says – a kick-butt workout for people looking to reach that next level of fitness or who really only have time on the weekends to focus on their health and well being. It is an hour of jam packed physical activity that will surely get your blood pumping and feeling good. The program will consist of a wide variety of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility exercises. Each week will have a different focus so boredom is NOT an option. All levels from ELITE to BEGINNER WILL receive an amazing workout - just go at your pace and follow our lead.
