Jessica began her fitness career as a college athlete from 2003-2006, playing field hockey for Keene State College and in 2006 became a coach at Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning in Woburn, MA. After graduating with her B.A. from Keene State College in 2007, Magna Cum Laude, Jessica became a personal trainer at DeLoc Enterprises in Tewksbury, MA. Simultaneously, she also coached field hockey for Tewksbury Memorial High School. Jessica went on to continue her education at Bridgewater State College. While in her graduate program, she coached high-level athletes during an internship at Athletic Evolution. She graduated in January of 2012 with a Master’s of Science in Physical Education and a concentration in Strength & Conditioning. Jessica’s specialization is in sport specific training and she is presently a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Jessica is also currently the Head Field Hockey Coach at Salem State University and has worked with many youth, high school, and collegiate athletes.
