Run Faster is designed to develop and greatly improve ones cardiovascular endurance, stamina and power which will automatically increase ones running speed. We focus on running technique (mostly Pose Method) through drills, technique, & biomechanics. Through a variety of running drills, speed work, plyometrics & resistant running, you are guaranteed to improve and progress from where you began. Benchmark testing and workouts will be strategically placed to track progress and pace. This program is great for all levels and abilities so don't be shy, it's time to focus on your running form, technique and gain some SPEED.
Training for a marathon, triathlon or other running/endurance event? Run Faster will give you the coached structure and guidance that you are looking for to help you reach your goals. We have training programs for Marathon, 1/2 Marathon, Couch to 5k, and 6.66 milers!! What ever the distance you need help with, will be INCLUDED with your Run Faster membership! Coached weekly workouts with program guidance = RESULTS.
