B&S Fitness/Sport Science is a pregnancy-friendly training facility. We believe that whether you are planning to become pregnant, already are pregnant or if you have recently given birth, it is important for your health and the heath and development of your baby to stay active and fit. Research continues to demonstrate that continuing to be physically active during pregnancy helps foster a healthy pregnancy, easier delivery, faster recovery and a healthier, happier baby. At B&S we provide the atmosphere and instruction that offers the training and support you will need.
We encourage all soon to be active moms with healthy pregnancies to keep training or start training with us to stay strong and fit. We do not encourage untrained pregnant women or those who have health related complications to join our programs until after delivery.
At B&S you will find the support system you need and the instructors you can rely on to provide programming and an atmosphere where you can continue your passion of fitness.
