Fitness Programs

If you are not interested in having a specific team program, we offer the following programs and sessions that are on going. You can drop in – but risk the possibility of the program not running due to low numbers. We recommend following the program from start to finish for best results.

  • Fit 101 (AKA Women's Only Training) (Mon/Wed. 6pm-7pm)
  • X-tremefit (AKA Women's Power Hour) (Mon/Wed/Fri 9-10am)
  • Power Cycling & Endurance Cycling Trainer Rides
  • Strength & Conditioning for Cyclists
  • Youth Fitness/Conditioning Program (Tues/Thurs 4:30-5:30pm)
  • Weekend Warrior (Saturday 8am-9:30am)
  • Psychofitt (Mon/Wed/Fri 6am-7am)

and 8am-1pm on Saturdays
