Jeremee is one of the creators of B&S Sport Science and is the Director of programming, facility operations, and administration. He has spent the last four years as a Sports Specialist/Business Development assistant at High Performance Sports. Jeremee specializes in sport specific injury prevention, and enhancement, as well as sport specific rehabilitation. He has worked with many teams, athletes and organizations from the Salem State Men’s soccer team too numerous high school and developmental youth hockey athletes and teams. Currently recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist as well as a certified personal trainer.

Brandi is one of the creators of B&S Sport Science and is currently the director of marketing and management. She specializes in endurance sports as well as over all sport conditioning for any athlete to enhance performance. Brandi also teaches adjunct at Salem State College in the Sport & Movement Science Department. Brandi began developing programs in 2000 when she became the fitness director of the Salem YMCA (2001-2004). After three-plus very successful years at the YMCA she took her expertise to the City of Salem Park and Recreation Department where she became the Adult Fitness Program Director where soon after B&S Fitness Programs LLC was born. After four years of growing B&S Fitness Programs we wanted to expand our vision to Team Sport Conditioning, which brought us to creating B&S Sport Science.
Brandi's certifications are: BS, Exercise, USAT Level I Coach, and NSCA-CPT. She is also a life long athlete, collegiate athlete and Franklin Pierce Women’s Soccer National Champion. She was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame at Franklin Pierce College. Now an avid competitive age group Triathlete.
Steven, the assistant director and co-owner of B&S Sport Science and B&S Fitness programs, is currently a tenured professor and program coordinator at Salem State College in the Sport & Movement Science Department. His degrees are in exercise science, health promotion and health education, from Springfield College (Young Alumnus Award, 2005) and completed his Doctorare at UMASS Lowell. As a collegiate athlete (part of Springfield College's 3-Time National Mens Gymnastics Champions) and coach of over a dozen National Champions and All-Americans, he has an extensive background in strength and conditioning, exercise prescription, program development, and technique analysis.
Started my training career four years ago after having a serious interest in it for years. Changing my job from being a travel agent to a fitness trainer. It is such a rewarding field to be in. Helping people reach their fitness goals, weight loss and attaining good physical health. My background includes all special populations (youth, seniors) specifically rehabbing post injury and injury prevention, also certified in stretching techniques to improve general health, sports performance-many have benefited tremendously with improved flexibility in the back, hips and shoulders.Currently recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist as well as a certified personal trainer.I continue to enjoy running marathons, half marathons and triathlons.
